By proceeding with a donation to Medisutra organisation , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All donations made are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances. This applies to all one-time and recurring contributions.
2. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or reversed, whether in full or in part.
3. Donors are strongly advised to review and verify all details, including the donation amount, personal information, and payment method, before confirming the transaction.
4. In the rare event of a technical issue (such as duplicate payment or payment gateway error), donors may raise a request by contacting us at medisutraassociation@gmail.com or calling +91 99318 90999 within 3 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
5. All such requests will be subject to internal review. If the issue is found to be genuine, remedial action may be taken at the sole discretion of the management. This does not constitute a right to a refund.
6. Refunds, if any, will only be considered in the case of verified payment errors and are not guaranteed.
